Also included is listing on Realtor.com, MSN.com and top other Real Estate websites. Don't forget the thouands of agent websites as well your listing will display on!

You select commission to offer agents (1-4%, though we recommend 2.5-3%). If owed, we pass on the entire commission to a buyer's broker, keeping none of it. You owe no commission if the buyer does not have an agent!

All showings, questions, and offers come directly to you!

Your listing will be activated the same or next business day you return your completed package.

All MLS forms can be completed and submitted online, or printed out after you submit your order.

REFUND POLICY: if for whatever reason you do not complete and send back the listing documents, we'll refund your listing payment amount. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
